Lift Your Voice!


On May 24th, friends of the Boston Adult Literacy Fund celebrated the power of words and music through poetry and jazz at the beautiful Ritz-Carlton, Boston Common.

Prize-winning poets Robert Pinsky, Gail Mazur, and Ifeanyi Menkiti dazzled the crowd with their stirring poems and in between the readings, the Rod Nordell Trio kept the mood light with inspired renditions of some of jazz's most beloved classics.
