To place an absentee bid you authorize the auctioneer to bid on your behalf at the Boston Adult Literacy Fund’s Auction for Literacy. To be included in the bidding this form must be received by BALF no later than October 1 at 5:00 p.m. EST. Please mail this form, with payment, to BALF at 1 Milk Street, Boston, MA 02109. If you are paying by credit card, you may fax this form to 617-482-2554.

You may call BALF at 617-482-3336 on October 11, 2004 after 10:30 a.m. to learn if you were the successful bidder. At this time, you can arrange for pickup.

All sales are final. You must provide your name, address, and phone number along with the catalogue number(s), item title(s), and your maximum bid amount(s). Please include your credit card number and signature or enclose a check for the full amount (the total of your maximum bids). You will be charged only for the items that you win. If you pay by check and do not win all of the items, the Boston Adult Literacy Fund will refund the difference.
